They have been using a carrier called Bandwidth.com, which has been associated with multiple other conversations just like this one from other spammers.

this number calls me everyday and will not stop..... Is this a stalker

This number keeping calling maybe two to three times a day and no one will answer. They just hang up. This is getting to be a hassle. How do you stop it?

This number is calling me multiple times every day. No one says anything. I hear a sound like it is trying to connect (lots of clicking with background noise). It eventually disconnects.
