THIS LADY & A AN INVESTIGATOR BLACK LEFT A MESSAGE STATING THAT SHE WAS FROM LEGAL PROCESSING SOLUTIONS. THEY STATED THAT THEY HAD A CASE # FOR ME & THAT I WAS IN LITIGATION FOR A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME. WHEN I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF SOMEONE THE GENTLEMAN STATED THAT I HAD A FINANCIAL RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST ME FROM LOAN.COM DUE TO THE FACT THAT I OWED THEM MONEY. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED DOCUMENTATION SENT TO ME IN REGARDS TO THIS SINCE I NEVER HAD A LOAN WITH THEM I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AGAIN.

Called threatening a law suit and court ordered restraining order. Appearance in court and to forward all information to my attorney. They demanded my SS# and other information. I do not owe these people anything. They call repeatedly even after asking them to stop. They have called another family member as well. How are they getting personal information?

They called my Mother in NY about a debt I owe and they also called my boyfriends Mother whom I have no contact with. I am furious. How do they know so much personal stuff? They even have my social #. What can I do?

Calls my number,my daughters,my sister,my ex in lawa, and my landlord, even my ex husband leaving threating messages for me. stating they have have legal matter with me. When I ask for written documentation they state they dont work that way. I ask for their mailing address to send them a certified letter to stop the harassment they wont give to me. All they ask for from me is my credit card number or debit card number. I will not give them either. They threaten to get my didability check stopped they cuss me and threaten they are goin to have me arrested. please help

This number left a message this morning that sounds exactly like these other complaints I see listed. She said she was an investigator, there was a case filed in court against me, left me a case #, a phone number I 'must call immediately', and mumbled something at the end about 'to show cause for restraining order' your attorney must contact within 24 hrs. Scared the heck out of me. Spent a bit of time racking my brain for what the heck this could possibly be. Then found this website with all this great information and complaints.

Someone frol LEGAL PROCESSING SOLUTIONS NAMED" WILLIAM" called my mother in law in NY and told her someone filed a complaint against me, MY atty had 24 hours to contact them. then mumbled something about a restraining order. when you call this company and want to speak to someone they put you on hold for over 30 minutes and no one comes on the line to speak to you. They need to follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) .

this number called leaving a message saying my husband had a complaint against him and he and his atty had 24 hours to contact them. then mumbled something about a restraining order. when i called back she was very rude and said she wouldnt give me any information he had to call . i told her not to call my number again then. Ms Thomas didnt like that! is there nothing that can be done about this stuff?? jeeez

This number keeps calling and asked for a person who doesn't live here. Uses scare tactistics, saying this person owes money. This scam needs to be stopped.

Someone at this number called for my daughter saying there was a restraining order against her and she and her lawyer needed to call immediately. There is no court case against her. I believe this is some sort of scam.
