Caller uses our company facsimile line and supplies plus wastes our time and jopardizes our position with employees to make ridicules unsolicited offers and claims. can we reverse sue this individual for costs and stress for this unwanted bothering? Please advise.

These folks are a royal pain. They hide their own info from their faxes so you can't fax them back to get OFF their list. They waste ALOT of paper, every blessed day we get the same crap.

Same fax as usual, but this one is from Sun America Partners.

Unsolicited spam fax, same lines as others have reported, they have 2 buyers for my company, but can't get past my secretary. Damning is now the name being used is NY Private Equity, a unit of WSG, Offices throughout North America (where ever they can find a phone booth)

They are sending me unsolicited info. They say they have two buyers and I am to call them because they have called my office and my secretary will not let them talk to me. SO the bit LIE is I answer by own phone there is no secretary. They are big bunch of liars. and I am sure whatever they are peddling is a SCAM.

Repeated unwanted faxes stating they have buyers for our company and that they have tried to contact us several times but can't get past the secretary (who is me) and I have never received any calls. From Peter Winslow, Senior Vice President

This Peter Winslow sent a fax with no address for Wall Street International. Said that they can't get past the secretary. Our company is not for sale, never has been. We are on the do not call registry,but it doesn't seem to matter. This guy has actually called and is very obnoxious! I hang up on all telemarketers. tried being nice numerous times. No good.

We keep receiving faxes with no return fax number, saying they have two companies interested in buying ours. Try to call the number listed and it is always busy. The company is not up for sale and is not even listed anymore, under the name they have on the fax.
