Threatening texts and violating my privacy

The is a real estate company called Property Hub. They keep making unsolicited calls to my home phone number.

Called my cell, although my number is on all no-call lists.

It starts out as a recorded message about credit cards and then says that a person can be transferred to a live person by pressing the number "1". I went ahead and dialed the "1" and got some lady saying the same thing. I then asked her what bank or credit card company are you calling for? She said "none". I told her then that I have no credit cards so you can stop calling. At that point she hung up the phone. I tried calling the number back that showed on Caller ID, which is the number on this page, and it said it was disconnected or no longer in service. If that is the case, how is it showing up on Caller ID?
