Extortion this person send me message inappropriate

This phone number is phishing other people phones to make unknown calls and is also accessing the medical ID option on people phones to make and putting their phone number and editing it as son. Whenever I received calls from this number, I have notice a few times an ambulance always passing by or going around in circles and the people on it are 2 men. This is happening in the Clifton, Passaic cities on main streets nj.

Refused to introduce himself and was making fun of the way how i answered asking who is calling before I confirm who I am. Then he hanged up.

said from Bank of America reviewing an application that I made, since I didn't make one and they wanted me to verify where I lived, they already had the last 4 of my social security, I hung up!!!

This number is calling me from a text app and texting me with crazy things i want to know the identity of this person.
