This number calls me multiple times a day 7 days a week. And leave no voice mail

I want them to stop waking me up at 8 am

I just received a call from this number. I do not know who it is. I do not accept calls from numbers I don't know

Original caller said I owed for a payday loan I had already paid off, I told them not to call back, then started getting calls in the middle of the night from a man speaking spanish, he could understand me, but I could not understand him. After about 9 calls I told him I was just going to leave the phone off the hook because he couldnt disconnect, he stopped calling, now they just call and hang up after I say hello, and the numner comes up as unknown caller. Scam artist.
