Another reverse phone number lookup website, intelius.com, shows this as a land line in Cliffside Park, NJ. Possible fraud.

Call was unsolicited. I suspect fraud. He said he was calling in response to an online survey I recently completed (I don't do online surveys). When I asked which survey he didn't answer the question and told me if I answered a few questions he could find me a job in the area. When I asked where he got my number from he said goodbye and hung up.
