calls but stays on mute no response help

This number has mutations times called me about a student loan that I needed to pay and even had my full name and other information.

Caller said "Go to hell" and hung up.

A Spanish gentleman I met in South Orange the day after the flood offered to help me with my car. He began to ask me on dates constantly but I was not interested and made it very clear. Tonight I had plans with a friend and he continued to call me until I told him to leave me alone. Then his text became angry, hostile, and frightening. I told him I was scared and to please let me know I was safe. I saw he read my calls, and he did not respond. I advised him that I was very scared and would get a temporary restraining order. Still no response. He has told me in the past if anyone ever bothered me he would take care of them. Now I am frightened. He claimed his name was Daniel and his birthday is October 6, 1971
