(203) 923 in Bridgeport, CT

I received a call from this number today from a man claiming his name was David, said he was calling from the Federal government, in the past I have received several of these calls and I always tell them not to call me again! This time when I told him that, he started telling me nasty things and using the "F" word over and over, I am going to file a formal compliant with the FCC, and I have twice now filed the "do not call list" but I keep getting these calls? I see several people are receiving these types of calls, but now it has escalated into verbal profanities!! There must be something we can do about these scammers!!!

This foreigner who barely spoke English claimed he was a representative of the US Government in the HR Department wanting to give me a grant. When I said I worked for the government he was taken back. I asked for his name, ID number, and address and he told me he "was very tired" and would call back later with that info. Right!!,!,!

calls me every day, sometimes 4 or 5 times same day i dont ans him anymore. crazy friggin person

called asking for cindy. I explained there was no cindy at this number, never has been. he argued with me over the existence of cindy. I could not really hear what he was saying. when I told him this he said, "go. f... yourself!" I told him I dared him to say this to my face. he hung up. I would love to meet this guy...

I HAVE RECEIVED CALLS FROM 203-923-4781 ON 10/29/13..10/30..10/31/TODAY 11/21..I NEVER PICK UP PHONE WHENEVER I DON'T RECOGNIZE THE PHONE #.AS THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE..I ANSWERED SPEAKING LOW & MUMBLING & ASKING TO SPEAK TO MY WIFE BY NAME..I ASKED HIM WHO WAS CALLING..HE KEPT ASKING FOR MY WIFE & ASKED IF I WAS HER...DO I SOUND LIKE A WOMAN & I ASKED HIM AGAIN FOR HIS NAME AND HE HUNG UP.. I WONDER IF THESES CALLS CAN BE REFERRED TO A GOVERNMENT AGENCY?? THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM!
