Jeff Simms has been calling my phone private for some time. I have an app the reveals the identity of blocked callers. He's a CREEP!!!!

THIS IS NOT A TELEMARKETER! THIS CREEP HAS A NAME AND IT'S JEFF SIMS! He has been calling my phone with his number blocked and I have asked him to stop calling me with his number blocked (he didn't think his number was registering but I found a way for it to come up even when he blocks it) and he stopped for about a month when I told him I knew it was him and that I filed a formal complaint but now, CREEPY JEFF SIMS is back to his old tricks! HE'S AN OVER THE TELEPHONE STALKER WHO REALLY BELIEVES THAT HIS CREEPY, STALKING AND HARRASSING BEHAVIOR IS GOING UNDETECTED but I have forwarded the CREEPY PICTURES OF HIM, HIS VEHICLE, HIS SON AND HIS GENITALS TO THE POLICE! BEWARE AND PROSECUTE LIKE I AM DOING! IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME YOU CREEP! AND NOW U THINK BECAUSE UR LETTING THE PHONE RING ONCE AND HANGING UP THAT I DON'T KNOW IT'S YOU?
