Unwanted calls from someone I dont know

I want to report scams and all other unknown calls

this is my mothers phone number, her phone was lost, she has early dementia. her name is Betty Lee from Jasper, Al, trying to locate the phone. these other people are not her that is associated with this number

I am on the do not call list.

I have told them several time in the last 48 hours to put me on the do not call list, yet within minutes, my phone is ringing again....same number! What do I have to do to get them to stop calling me?

I have received numerous call with an individual threatening to take me to court if I dont repay and cash advance loan taken out oct 2012 for 500.00 dollars. A loan I never made.

Claimed to be Federal Marshal calling from Sherrifs Office and that a complaint had been filed against my social security number and if I did not call back I would be arrested today nov 26,2012. I am a 77 year old widow and was very unnerved by this.
