this was a spam call regarding insurance policies. She hung up on me as soon as she heard me say that I'm trying to calmly tell everyone that they need to remove me from their call list because I've chosen a plan and calling me is wasting their time, but they usually hang up on me before I finish my sentence. My job requires me to answer calls that I do not know so I can't do a "general call block" or I'll miss calls for work. Do you have any suggestions to at least slow down the spam sales calls without creating a situation where I miss work calls because the blocking software thought the call was spam? it is beginning to affect my mental health, and the back-to-back calls are overwhelming. There have been times when there have been so many calls attempting at the same time, that it caused the work call that I was on to drop, so the spam calls are literally affecting my work and I don't know what to do. I'm on the .gov website. it has helped a little but not quite enough. Help please!
