Someone called me from this number transferred me to someone else and told me that my account was Social Security was frozen

Same as other peoples' experiences. Claimed to be gathering info on the health of people in the State of Washington.

I keep receiving calls daily to my mobile phone number and the party hangs up and cannot be reached when calling back. This has been happening for months and even though I have blocked the number on my phone I keep receiving these annoying calls.

Received a voicemail saying they are the WA State Dept of Health conducting a survey about the health of Washington residents and that they will call back for an interview in a few days.

Scammers never go away.. advice I can give is NEVER EVER answer the phone to numbers you don't recognize. If it's important enough they'll leave a voicemail
