This person is a stalker and is also sending out threats

I received a text message: Hey Peter it is Ella. Are you thinking of selling 1315 Ne 70th St in the next year or so?

Real Estate Spam. Claims to be interested in buying my house with cash. Home buye

Says I owe money for wasting someone's time.

Recd text message stating it was from a parcel sorting center regarding a Package addressed to me.

Received a text claiming to be UPS about a package

They call and call and call. Left a recorded message.

When I asked them to repeat who they were, they didn't answer.

My husband keeps receiving calls for Steve Erickson on his cell phone which has been our number for at least 10 years. We have received many calls from many different people and tell them he is not here, has not had this number in ten years and remove this number from their records. We think someone is trying to skip trace but he has received at least 15 calls in the last month.
