your calls are quite annoying. go bother someone else!

long pause before the caller responds to my phone answering hello. When asked who is calling, don't identify themselves and mumble something not understandable.

The caller says I am to receive a U.S. Grant in the amount of $8000. I have told them about a dozen times to take my number off their call list, then they hang up. But they continue to call.
