This number called my number and threatened my business using foul language

Stalker making threats to a minor.

They will charge my account $299 for a computer maintenance program they say I ordered unless I call to cancel. I did not order any computer maintenance program. I do not want to call them back in case it's a scam. Unfortunately, I just paid money to your company and essentially received no information. Looks like I've been scammed twice. I used your site because AT&T told me to go here for reverse look ups.

This message was texted to me "Hey, it's Saph*. It was good to see you." I was under the impression that telemarketers may not contact me if I have opted out.Does it not include text messaging? My text is not unlimited and I do not want to be paying for this with my airtime. Btw, dexonline reverse phone lookup had no record of this number.
