a young sounding female, called my home number and asked if i was the parent of (full name given). i responded yes then the caller said "I am calling about information books he asked for about SAT's ..I said I have no clue about that.. then hung up on me. my child is 16

Puyallup showed on my Caller ID. When I answered, they asked for the parent and specifically named my child's first name, which is a very uncommon name. When I said, I am the mother, she hung up. When I called the number back, received a recording stating this wasn't a working number. Concerned and irritated, I registered my number on the National Do Not Call listing.

Calls me every day. I don't pick up and they don't leave a message.

Asked to speak with parents of specific child's name and hung up as soon as parent picked up and said "hello".

they called and asked for the parent of (me) and then hung up when i called back the call couldn't be completed as dialed.

call incessantly, can something be done to stop this

I'm 16, they called me during school and when I answered a woman said,"hi may I please speak with (my first name) mom or dad." Then I freaked out and hung up when they said my name.
