This person is posting fake businesses to defraud customers. They scraped my business website (using this phone as a text-only) and started defrauding my customers. I'd be happy to provide details.

Befriended on facebook and suspect he is a catfish and scammer! He claimed he worked as an investment manager for a company that didn't exist and wanted me to be a ghost investor to start his own consultant company>

Getting constant calls saying that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. However, it is Irs, not Internal Revenue. This is a telemarketer; the Internal Revenue Service does not communicate through telemarketers

Claims that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you.

Are you also getting calls at night and day? Some are hang-up calls, sometimes different callers impersonating real companies. There are scams where crooks try to gather personal informaton for later ID theft, sometimes kids are just making phony phone calls for fun. Be careful who you talk to and never give out any private personal or financial information! You can see the spike in harrassment calls for yourself! Keep track of this and inform the right people. Remember, a scam artist would make up any reason for calling you to pry info out of the unsuspecting victime. Are you sure you know who you are talking to?
