Scam call. Just somebody talking in circles around getting my information.

my cellular carrier blocked it as a high risk scam call.

Spokeo search returns this person as "deceased". So WTH am I getting calls to my office phone? CLEC means it's a spammer illegally using Spoofed Caller ID.

Called me, but said nothing when I answered.

Its a robo-dialer , no one answers it just plays elevator music

They always call my cellphone number and have never ever left a voicemail. Whenever I've tried to callback the number I get a message that the number is not in service or something like that.

They called 4 times at 7 a.m. I picked up the first time and there was no one there. they never left a message.

I do not know these people, but they keep calling numerous times every day. I will not answer as possible scam.
