Called, said nothing when I answered. Could hear normal breathing.

Trying to say they're single and wants a relationship and won't take no for an answer. But won't tell who they are either.

Received call from this unknown, non-caller ID number. After answering call there was a 3 to 4 second pause, I said "Hello" twice, no response, I said "Answer or I hang up and block", another 2 to 3 second pause, and then a computerized voice said "Thank you" and the line disconnected. This is most likely a verification call by a company who sells cell phone databases for profit and is a maintenance process for cleaning up their data. Their system validates cell numbers in the database by dialing each number to determine the number's current status as [1] ACTIVE (answered by a human, validated for future sales/collection/survey calls), [2] UNASSIGNED (valid cell number. not yet assigned to a consumer by the cell carrier, to be scanned again until it is confirmed as assigned and active), [3] UNRESPONSIVE (valid & assigned number but nonresponsive after multiple dials, queued for redial until confirmed ACTIVE or UNASSIGNED); or [4] DEAD (number confirmed as unused by carrier and unassigned, to be queued until confirmed ACTIVE or UNASSIGNED).
