Telemarketer called me at 7:44am

Nuisance caller, they call and hang up if call is answered or taken on answering machine.I get a call from this number at least once or up to three times a month at many different hours of the day or night.

Telemarketer for California Police Charities, a discredited "charity" sued by the State of California and rated zero (worst) by Charity Navigator. Same MO as noted by SL.

When you call back you get silence then a busy ring. I am on a do not call list and they call at night. They need to be shut down for violating the do not call lists.

This number keeps calling me and then does not talk. I only hear heavy breathing and static similar to white noise. It sounds like a bad connection type static. I have no idea who this is and have asked this number to be blocked and put on the do not call list by my phone company.

July 24 2013 They left a message that was to garbled to understand. Sence we know people in the Turlock area I called back and found out it was a Telemarketer and was told to call back on the phone on which we received the call. To me this is an unethical practice and needs to be taken care of.

Call was supposedly from California Police doing fundraising. I will give this number to my local PD. I have been told the police do not do telemarketing fundraising.

KEEPS CALLING US EVEN THOUGH WE TOLD THEM NOT 2
