Spamming caller, they constantly

A man called from this number and asked if I had called him. I said no. He hung up and then a few hours later I started getting text messages from that number repeatedly saying what do you want, how can I help you? What do you need? I asked who is this? No response just repeating again what do you need?

People who call random numbers and talk disgusting, sexual, accusatory trash shouldnt be allowed to have phones. Phones are for people who are mature enough to use them properly.

No, it was on my phone bill but I already know this information above I want to know the name of the person that has this phone. I paid $1.95 to find out something I already know.
