(209) 910 in Stockton, CA

I do not know this person from a state I have not been. I answered the call and immediately heard a busy signal as if I was the one who called.

Great guy. Trustworthy, and very obedient

They called numerous times and just hang up

This guy runs a scam to get your info by posing as a buyer on Craigslist

THIS IS A SCAM!! A pretty ridiculous one, at that! Unfortunately, they prey on the weak, timid and elderly. DO NOT GIVE THESE JACK-ASSES ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! Chances are, they already have more information on you than you would like and will use it to seem legitimate while attempting to intimidate you into sending them money or providing them with a credit card #. No matter how realistic they sound when attempting to threaten, intimidate and scare you with threats of legal actions, jail time and garnished wages... it's all fictitious and fabricated to rip you off. He/They are NOT attorney's representing ANYONE. They are an advanced fraud ring (out of Stockton California) engaged in a very large intimidation & rip off scheme. Protect yourself by reading the Fair Debt Collection Act which outlaws and prohibits the very same tactics that these "artificial attorney's" employ in an effort to scam you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fair_Debt_Collection_Practices_Act SOLUTION: Stay CALM and play along as if you "intend" to comply. Gather & obtain as much information as possible so that you can contact the police AND your District Attorney. You can quickly and easily obtain your local District Attorney's direct office & fax number online or by contacting your local authorities. They take these scams very seriously and are aggressively in pursuit of these jack-asses. REST ASSURED: there is a special place in the flames of hell for scum bags like this who prey on the weak and elderly.

So sick of these people calling!
