Text message about someone that scammed me and have alot of my information and I don't know how or who this person is

He is from a phony loan company he says to give him to give you your account information to verify your account so they can deposit the money a sum of money into your account to verify the account you send the money back to them before they send you the full amount. the original sum of money they sent to you all bounces

Has been calling repeatedly also uses the number 2103102225.calling and hanging up.call back number is not working.

BEWARE!!! These are scammers that have your personal information and try to scare you saying you will be arrested for non payment of money owed from previous bank balance. The bank will NEVER take this route. They will just add it to your credit report, not call and harass. They are very rude. Will not give their information, i.e., company they work for. They just identify themselves as a law firm.

one ring then hangs up expects a call back. you will be talking to a voice recording that asks questions no matter what your reply is triggered by the sound of your voice and just keeps going on and on.
