Said he was from some Auto place and asked if I was still driving a certain car (he said the year and model). I said "first of all, that was another family member, not me. second of all, that car was totalled a long time ago." He hung up.

These calls have been coming in for several weeks now and asks for my husband. Once I inquire as to why they want to speak to my husband, the person on the other end hangs up. Yes, I am on the do not call list. Does this do not call list work because I am constantly bombarded with telemarketer calls.

I received a call from this number. After I said Hello, no one said anything. Then, after about 5 seconds they hung up without saying anything.

caller asked for person not in our household when told no one by that name they just hangup so has to be a rude jerk

I also am on do not call list and hung up on them after they started talking. I registered a complaint with the national do not call registry. Suggest others do same.
