Scammer - possible cloned this landline number

Caller used Ashley Madison claiming to be 28 yrs old. The person requested my personal number. The scammer contacted me and requested my phone number. It was provided and the scammer made contact using 214 997 2153 and requested we meet on Skype and carry out sexual video acts. The scammer provided a grainy video feed of herself committing her own acts live. At the end, the person then claimed to be under age, however, then stated she was just kidding but demands money or else she is going to post photos and video on youtube.com and copied my entire skype contact list. Scammer posted the video live on youtube when I refused to be extorted. Scammer is using 214 997 2153 to lure men and commit extortion using multiple FCC devices. Scammer may be using a voip device and spoofing their number? However, the text messages received were being sent to my ATT phone number.
