when you answer they don't speak

caller had either an indian or pakistanie accent. Alledged that I had been chosen for a 9000.00 government grant. I asked him grant for what? I am 63 nyears old. Not a student. Would never be. Let's get to the crux of the matter......how much money do you want , and for what? I told him I was having a terrrible time understanding him at least 4 times. He puts another person on the phone. Equally difficult to understand, and I told him so. He said "why don't you go to hell?". I answered genuinely with "Why don't you do what it takes to go to heaven?" He answered with "ok, I will go to heaven , and you go to hell!" I told him that mI don't know about all of that, but if I can do nything about his ugliness, that this phone call may end up getting you in trouble. Please let me know who these people are, and wether you have it within your means to 1. End them dialing my cellphone, or home phone numbers. 2. ATTEMPT TO PUT THE FEAR OF ALMIGHTY GOD IN THEIR BELLIGERANT ISLAMIC BRAINS.

I am on a do not call list
