Caller said "Fuck you bitch" then hung up.

I received a call from this number with no voicemail. I called back on a different phone number and it directed me to an automated system stating they are with Customer Service and gave me 2 prompts, 1 if you're from California and 2 if not. I selected a prompt, and it gave me 2 more prompts. 1 to received more information and 2 to be put on a do not call registry. I pressed 1 and it said I will receive a call back from an agent. It hung up. I called back again on the same phone and again directed me to an automated system. I hung up. I called back on my phone that initially received the call, and without a ring, Justin from Customer Counseling immediately picked up and said this is a recorded line, and began asking me if I can confirm my auto insurance information. I said no and asked what company is he calling from. He said this is regarding an auto insurance offer and asked if I know how much I would pay if I were to get into an accident. I said I don't care about that, and want to know what company he is called from. He dodged the question and answered by saying he's calling from Customer Counseling services and gave me a call back number, which was completely different from the number he called me on, and he hung up immediately after.
