Keeps calling from different numbers saying its urgent but then when i call number back it says number is dc. Today she said she is Angela Rodriquez

Pretty sure this is a spoofed phone number. Sam Thomas which is not his real name used this number to scams me out of 750.00 for a kitten he never had. He has scammed many many people.Runs a Facebook group called Munchkin Kittens for Rehoming.

I have received many harrassment phone calls from this number. they use the same area 253 but changed the last 7 numbers.

Too many calls, inconvenience, no message, frustrating, frequent,
