This came from a lady stating Bell country had authorized a lean on my social security number. She only had 3 of the digits at the end of the number.

Called and left no message. Called back and female answered. Asked why she called and she couldn't answer why. Told her I am on the do not call. She said she would remove my phone number. I asked her what it was and she couldn't tell me and hung up.
