Begging for money, asking insane questions

Logged into my phone account on Wednesday. Someone keeps hacking my phone in spite of every preventative measure I've taken to keep them from stealing money from my bank account and also stealing my high speed data from my phone account. I alerted my phone carrier that this was happening and they told me to do a complete factory reset on my phone then change all passwords, emails and to replace all debit/credit cards with new ones. Today makes the 13th time I've had to start over within the last three months but this time my phone carrier alerted me of suspicious activity immediately after someone using this phone number tried to log in my Cricket Wireless phone account.

An unsolicited text message was sent by an individual from this number. When I asked who this was, the reply was "your daddy slut". I know from google that 256-286 is in the Hartselle AL area. I have blocked this contact.

This also is a number that calls asking people for money donations over the phone

Unknown caller leaves no message.
