Fraud calls daily on diffrent numbers all hours of day n night

Send a random, unsolicited text. Message read as hi. No idea who the number is and leads me to believe it is spam or intending to act as fraud.

A person who says his name is Kyle Cochran has called me 20 times over the last 2 days. He leaves voicemails that just say "call me"; I have talked to him multiple times explaining he probably has the wrong number and explaining where he is actually calling but he just calls back again, and again, and again, over and over and over.
