This number keeps texting me and my husband phone harassing us

I called this number back and received an automated message giving me the option to "opt out" and have my number removed from this political poll.....which I did. Oh, and even thou my phone # is blocked, they knew the number I was calling from as the automated service read my number back to me confirming it would be removed from their list.

Claims to NOT be a sales or telemarketing call, simply a survey. Person reading the script sounds like an idiot. I pressed 2 to indicate I am not a registered voter in the city and the call ended. Maybe this is enough to get them to stop calling, since they obviously have a specific market in mind.
