A relative of mine received a couple of messages on her phone asking me to call them back. They claimed to be one of my insurance companies. I have never given my insurance company her phone number. And, they have never tried to reach me on my own phone. When I returned their call, I reached an automated message. They knew my full name and asked me to confirm my date of birth. Then, I called the regular customer service number I already had for this insurance company. I was told they didnt have any record of my relatives phone number in their records. I dont know if this was a scammer, or, a legitimate call. Just want to be careful.
