Call came in as Farmer's Insurance but was a debt collector.

I received the same call me and my family from an Investigator Ken Smith and Attorney Kelly Mason/Allison Weathers and they told me that I had a loan with Plain Green and that they are prosecuting me for bad check and that I need to pay 3947.50 in order to have the warrant drop/ they can put me on Fast Track Program with a legal bind contract. Ask for my credit card number or I could wire the money. They don't state there company name they say they are calling on behalf of Plain Green and they are with the prosecutor office. They almost got my parents to send the money because they was worried. I called the company Plain Green and they don't know the number, people, or company.
