I received a similar call saying that my email address has been reported with many complaints for email spam. He claims to work for federal govt and IC3 and wanted to have access to my accounts to secure them. When asked why he didn't say the call was bring recorded (as an official call would be) he tried back-peddling, saying that the call was being recorded. He had my home phone and e-mail, which could have been gotten from any survey i may have completed or newsletter I may have signed up for.

this number has called several times in the past 2 days, and is harassing me about email spam and that he is with the FBI IT team and gives threatening messages! The scary thing, is that he quotes my work email address, but calls my home phone!
