Highly suspicious. First, I get a call from this number and when I say hello no one answers. Then a few minutes later I call a business associate and someone answers who has a accent. They ask If I can hear them and who are you?,. I say yes and my name is .... then they hang up. I then call my business associate for the second time, and I get the regular person who is there.
