Caller identifies herself as a Deputy Police Officer calling to report a failure to appear for Federal Grand Jury Duty. She wants you to verify your address and state yes to signing for a certified letter that was sent. She then transfer you to a superior associated with another number - 281-290-2100. This person identifies himself as Chief Deputy Lawson. When I didn't provide confirmation of the information they stated - address and full name - he stated a warranty would be issued for my arrest for being difficult and not showing up for jury duty. But I could report to the Tomball Police Department at 23288 Tomball Parkway to pay my citations.

I have a prepaid cell phone and don't need these calls wasting my minutes.

Unsolicited phone call to iphone. how annoying.

they hang up when yu answer-

And do not try to call them back. That is what they want.

My cell phone rang at 5:45 Tues. morning. I didn't answer. This sounds like who has been robo calling my daughter every 15 min. If they ask if you are (name), do not say yes. Hang up. They record the "yes" and use it like you gave your permission for something. They change their phone numbers after a while, I believe, so they don't get caught.

called at 8am sunday

Do not answer the phone if this # pops up it is a telemarkter. Never listen to what they have to say its never good. For all we know it can be a well mogranized scame to take your money

called and hung up. If this is a telemarketer, they need to not hang up. even an "i'm sorry" would have been better.

they called and hung up on me.
