Received an unsolicited telephone call to my cell phone from someone who sounded Indian (Asian) indicating that I owned a computer that was using Microsoft Windows and that my computer was causing errors on the internet and that they needed to get access to my computer to fix the problems. When I asked who this lady worked for she only responded that her company was certified by Microsoft to work on windows. I denied her access to my computer, however what really disturbed me was that she tried to get me to verify my physical address and she had my actual address and my cell phone number and my wife's name and my name. Call occurred from this telephone number on Thursday, March 17, 2016.
