Called saying we were person of interest for our daughter

Relative received a call from a man at this number asking for me. However, they did not disclose the nature of the call. Attempted to contact at the number called from and this number does not receive incoming calls. Also, why does a person in GA have a landline in WV? Unsure of the nature of this call. Most likely spam.

Calls frequently but never a message

They asked if I was (my name) and then asked me to confirm my social. I asked what the call was in reference to and they couldn't even tell me the type of phone call beyond saying it was "Business Related" multiple times. I hung up without giving them any info. Seemed like info fishing for identity theft. Thought i would try Spokeo and learned nothing pertinent so I could take action.

no idea but they ring me several times a day and allow to ring 1 or 2 times. then hangs up
