Automated caller left message on my machine that there is a restraining order with case #, naming my adult daughter who does not live with me, but in a different state. She had no idea what this could be about.

THIS COMPANY I DO NOT KNOW. BEING NAMED AS A RESPONDANT WITH AN ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND RESTRAING ORDER. THE # LEFT AT MY HOME AND CELLPHONE SAYS THERE IS A CASE # AND TO RESPONED WITH IN 24 TO 48 HOURS. HAVE LEFT 2 MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. THIS IS A MISPRESENTION AND HARASSMENT ON THEIR BEHALF. I WISH TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH THE BBB

Caller advised that a civil complaint had been filed and recipient had 48 hours to respond

same as the others, gave claim/affid #, but when calling the phone # I get a busy signal. BTW... they were calling for a member of the family that has passed away a number of years ago!

Left message on my cell phone concerning a restraining order against me. It gave case numbers and other crap....#%&&$!#**&^%$

Same thing. Claimed to have a restraining order against me/ civil action. I called back and spoke to someone and he mentioned nothing about the restraining order, just civil action. It sounded like BS, but I listened. He threatened to have me subpeaned etc. When I told him I was a police officer and knew for a fact that this was bs and that this is not how civil litigation is filed, he bgan screaming on the phone and hung up.
