Number called. Several times. Unauthorized call.

I called the number back and got "First National Collection Bureau" Operator Eric Walker extension 3135 is Supervisor for First National Collection Bureau. Phone number provided to First Financial is owned by a service provider called Global Connection or Global Connect. Eric looked up his database of all phone recording, for they record and keep recordings foe ever of calls and messages left by his company, and he claims that my number has NO phone recordings in his database. So I am wondering if someone is using a caller ID changer application to impersonate First National Collection Bureau and committing several phone harassement calls. Now, Eric did confirm the my number is listed as a contact in this database for legitiment purposes as for they have called my number, but not left any messages. Now, HOW? Does the prank caller know my number and know that First National Collections have called it? Sounds like a inside employee who is amusing themself after work utiliziing private and confidential information. Further investigation into this is starting now and will be followed up on this report
