Making threats to kill someones family

He said my email address was being used by someone else,, he was working for Dell. He gave me three different web addresses to type in to fix this problem. I told him this all wrong, you don't know what you are doing, hung up!

Keeps calling, I reject calls. Last night a call was made to this number from my cell phone. We did not make the call and no one else has access to my phone. Someone has hacked into my phone to call this telemarketer number. When my son called the 3102943726 number, a person with a strong foreign accent said something was wrong with my son's Dell computer (which he does not own) and wanted him to open his computer so he could tell him what to do. Obvious scam. But am worried about how someone could make a call from my phone.
