Calling to tell me I won a Caribbean cruise with a $59 fee.

Calling too much! Never leaves a voice mail.

These people keep calling my cell phone. I am on DO Not Call list" but doesn't stop them. I don't give out my cell number to just anyone. I never put it on anything like online ordering. I use my landline number. I always let it go to voice mail as I don't reconize number & no name comes up. They NEVER leave a message.
