I am reporting a person who misrepresented their identity and is in possession of explicit content of me obtained under false pretenses. This individual presented themselves online as a woman and sent photos and videos of female genitalia, leading me to believe I was communicating with a woman. After meeting in person, I discovered that the individual was male and had deceived me. During and after our communication, they obtained private photos and videos of me that I only shared under the belief that they were who they claimed to be. I am now concerned they may retain or potentially share those files without my consent. I have informed them to delete all content of me, but they have not confirmed deletion. The situation involves intentional deception to obtain intimate material and possible retention or use of that material to manipulate or intimidate me. This behavior constitutes extortion and digital impersonation, as the material was obtained through fraudulent representation of identity and is being withheld despite clear requests for deletion. I am reporting this for record and review, as it poses a risk of non-consensual image distribution and reputational harm.
