CALLER CLAIMS TO BE FOR "HEALTH iq" TO INFORM IGNORANT SENIOR CITIZENS ABOUT HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER ITEMS. CALLS COME IN SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK FROM A VARIETY OF MOBILE PHONES WITH NO IDENTITY.

APPARENTLY USED BY A ROBO CALLER PROMOTING WHAT i BELIEVE IS A FAKE ADD PROMOTING DEBT CANCELATION. WHEN I CALLED BACK THIS NUMBER AN OPERATOR SAID IT WAS DISCONNECTED.. DISCONNECTED? P-- nO IT CALLED ME AT MEALTIME.

This personn said they were Todd Sloane from Publishers Clearing house. Said I was chosed the winner of the top prise of $850,000 plus $7000 wk and a 2020 Mercedes. Said he had to fill out a T19 form,asked if I was a US citizen, If I had a bank account, that the prize patrol was in the area, would I like to have it publicized or not, he needed to call me back in 5 minutes. When I received a call back it did not sound like the same voice and I mentioned that, he said it was. That I would have to pay an insurance fee. I told him PCH does not charge and does not call ahead. He put loude music on and I hung up.
