Most likely a scammer. Didn't say anything and hung up after I said "hello".

When I picked up to tell them I'm on the DNC list they told me this was a financial matter, well I'm in the middle of bankruptcy, told them that and to not call again and was told I needed to attend to this matter now...

Calls every day, doesn't say anything. Now, I pick up receiver and hang up all in a split second.

Each time this telemarketer calls, the Caller ID shows a row of numbers but no name! V0824160633033. This time I did not answer the call.
