Atening verbal threat text message straight

Seems like this person may have had my current phone number in the past as I regularly get phone calls for Debra, and that is the name listed for this phone.

Sick of getting calls that nobody is on the other end.

Do not call

Called on my cell phone and when I didn't answer immediately hung up and called again.

I race to the phone when it rings only to find no one there when I reach the phone. Sometimes I trip in my haste - potential fall and bodily damage. This number is registered with the "do not call" registry and I don't understand why it gets called AT ALL !

Calls all hours of day (when babies are napping) and in evening during dinner, and relax time.

This number is registered on the "do not call" list. I race to answer the phone only to find they hang up as soon as I answer. This is harrassment as far as I'm concerned.
