Is a man that calls my work place every night harassing us.

Harassing call at my work place

I went to purchase a puppy from Jayshepherds.com and received text message from this number when I inquired to purchase the puppy. We talked for 2 days. I decided to purchase 2 puppies totaling $1870.00. He emailed a contract. I signed it sent it back but the day they shipped them I received an email from the shipping Co requiring $2500 or $4000 to purchase a special crate for the puppies. The seller didnt send them with an insulated crate therefore the could not board them on the plane unless the insulated crate was purchased. The puppies would be delivered right to my door where the driver would check my crate receipt the shipper would send me. Once verified the $2500 or $4000 would immediately be refunded. They only accepted cash app, zelle or wired money. The Seller ax well only accepts cash app or zelle. I wont know until I hear back tomorrow if Ill be getting the puppies or not. I tried calling the seller AFTER I paid for the puppies and received a computer saying it was a text message service and they were unavailable at that time. I immediately got a text from the seller saying he was at work. So Im not sure why he is using thus number as his own and lives in Miami Fla or if I was just scammed out of $1870 for 2 puppies that dont exist. His name on the contract is Lewis M but dont know if that real or not. Im praying this number belonging to a 70+ year old lady hasnt been used by a scammer. Guess Ill find out tomorrow.

A person claiming that he is Alex, using this number on Whats App who is also on Tinder dating site communicating with a friend of mine after they met on Tinder. He claims it is his cell phone and he lives in New York. Speaking in a heavy accent and proceeded to make threats to my friend after she called him out on his scam.
