He was looking for my daughter thats 12 and said he met her in a chat room but the phone belong to my mother

First, he called as a scam caller while I was Ubering, requested a ride from a false location and asked for personal information. Then, he called the next day and left a creepy voice message saying, "Ashley, I know you location."

this is a scam trying to buy my iphone 5 and add 200 to ship yup ok ill get right on that i asked him how the weather was but hasnt returned that message yet

This person text messaged me about a Craigslist posting I had put up selling my iPhone. They asked me where I was located at selling the phone. When I told them, They said: "okay....but am sorry am not currently in the state for now and i want to buy it send to my son in the boarding school as a birthday gift you will also ship it for me and i will pay you $500 or both the shipping and the stuf". Sounded sketchy (and also not very good english, even for texting) so I decided to research the #. Turns out its more than likely someone trying to fraud me.
